# cPanel

## Setting up domain verification in cPanel

If you are using a cPanel system to manage your domain, then you can update the details yourself.

1. After logging in, click **Zone Editor**.
2. For the domain you want, click **Manage**. This should list all your current records.
3. Click **Add Record** and choose TXT.
4. In the **Valid Zone Name** part, enter the **scph....._domainkey** part that *infoodle* sent to you. The **....** is numbers in the real data.
5. In the **Text** part enter the long value data that *infoodle* sent you starting with **v=DKIM** and ending in **AB** usually.
6. Click **Add Record**.

Now find the SPF record. This should be on the screen if you have one already as it has a type of TXT - filter them if you need. The Value part starts **'v=spf1 ....'**

- If you have one - then just add our IP address as supplied by *infoodle* as per the example we send you.
- If you dont have a record then add another TXT record and leave the **Valid zone name** blank, and use the v=spf1 .... text that infoodle sent you.

Click **Add Record** (or update).
