# Creating an invoice in Xero from a form

Once a form entry is approved in infoodle, you can create an invoice in xero. This can be done immediately after approving the entry, or you can do this at a later date by bringing up an approved Form Entry and following the same process.

1. Process the submitted form as you normally would do.

2. You will see a confirmation Pop Up with the Xero invoice number once complete ![image.png](https://cdn.document360.io/d198920d-a212-4177-85f9-e1abc92e7ab3/Images/Documentation/image-MX4IWTDK.png)

          
          

The invoice is created immediately within Xero. The invoice will be found in Xero in the **Invoice > Awaiting Approval** tab.

2. If there were any items ordered on the form then the invoice lines will show this detail, with each item on its own line.
