# Deleted Draft Gift Aid Claim? How to recover

Filed Gift Aid Claims cannot be deleted, however should you accidently delete the current draft, the details associated with the deleted draft claim, for example September, are still available and can be worked on.

If this case, you are able to recreate the claim by:

Once this has been done the deleted draft claim (September) will be available again.
