# Deleting a Statement Template

1. On the infoodle navigation menu, select **Finance** then **Statements.**

2. Select **Templates**. (You will need permission in your role to access this).

4. To the right of the template you wish delete, select **Action** and from the drop-down list, select **Delete**.

5. A warning pop-up window will be displayed.  Confirm the deletion by selecting **OK**.

Remember that deleting a common shared system template will delete it for all users.
