# Disabling a User's Login

Sometimes it may be necessary to prevent a person in your organisation from logging in to infoodle, or remove access after a person has left the organisation.

This can be done by your administrators, or users with the **create accounts and roles** permission enabled in their role.

### To Disable a Login:

1. Go to the person's profile page
2. Click on the **settings cog** icon
3. Click on **settings** under profile
4. Change the role to **no role assigned**
5. Set login is active to **no**
6. Click **save** at the bottom of the page
