# Editing a Household/Organisation

Households/Organisations are an important structure in infoodle. There are many ways to change and customize these structures to help keep infoodle manageable.

1. A Household/Organisation can be changed by accessing one member of the Household/Organisation and making the appropriate changes using the edit buttons.
2. Editing a household name.
3. **Splitting** or **Moving a Household/Organisation** can be done using the Editing an Address section.
4. Adding a member to a Household/Organisation can be done using the Adding a Person to a Household/Organisation section.
