# Editing an item

If you have been given permission to edit a library then you will be able to edit items and add items. Here's how:

1. Find the library, select the catalogue and proceed to the collection. Then select the item or click on edit.

2. From here you can either edit the item or reserve it.

3. Always remember to **Save** any edits you make.
