Adding Payment Gateways to infoodle

Before you start, ensure you have the connection details for your chosen supplier.

To add gateway details follow these steps:

1. Navigate to Administration > System > Payment methods

2. Select Add.

3. Select the Payment type dropdown box and select the payment system you wish to set up.

Integrating a payment gateway

Enter the the details required and select the payment method. The information required depends on the payment provider you have chosen. Infoodle asks the questions required by each provider to complete a transaction.

In each case you are able to request or gain access to a test site. With this, you can test out the system and make sure it works ok for you without having to take money off your credit card.

infoodle is able to support both test (sometimes called sandbox) and live (sometimes called production) sites.

Using your payment method(s)

Payment methods are made available to your donors via an infoodle form.

You will need to create a form and include the pay or donate method onto that form. Once done, choose the payment method(s) you want to the donor to use.

Form usage

You can view the usage of your payment gateway, and view all payments that have been processed through forms which use your chosen method of payment. For infomation about this see Form Usage.
