# Exporting a Library, Catalogue and Collections

There are times when you may want to print off a list of items in the library. This can be done displaying the full library - all the catalogues, collections and items, or just a catalogue with with it's collections and items.

Simply go to the library or catalogue and click on Export Library or Export catalogue.

The list will be exported as an Excel document to your desktop. Once you have your Excel document you can print it out.
