# Exporting Giving Numbers

Here is how to export a list of Giving Numbers:

1. Click **Finance** on the Navigation Menu.
2. Click **Giving Numbers**.
3. You can choose to output the address as one field or leave it separate.
4. Click **GENERATE LIST** button on the right hand side.
5. This will generate a list as an Excel spreadsheet.
