# Filing GASDS Claims

### Filing Options

#### 1. File Online

infoodle submits the claim directly to HMRC using the same filing process as standard Gift Aid. The system automatically generates the correct GASDS XML structure based on the claim type.

#### 2. File Manually

infoodle provides the correct spreadsheet template depending on the claiming method:

| Method | Spreadsheet Provided |
| --- | --- |
| General | Gift Aid donations schedule — Excel |
| Community Buildings | GASDS community buildings schedule — Excel |

Only the relevant spreadsheet will be shown to avoid confusion.
