# Forms Test Mode

Test mode allows you preview and submit a form exactly as your users would without saving any entries.

1. Open **Forms**
2. Click on the **pencil icon**, the second icon on the right of the form row to **edit** ![Image](https://cdn.document360.io/d198920d-a212-4177-85f9-e1abc92e7ab3/Images/Documentation/image-64X85KNE.png){height="40" width=""}
3. Click **Test** on any **un-published** form, or, click **Edit** if the form is already **published** and then click **Test**
4. This will open in a new tab for you to complete the form. This will not submit a response.
5. You can then test again or return to the form editor
