# How does infoodle help with GDPR?

For our European customers, there is new legislation with regard to data privacy. 
There are two aspects to this:

**1. infoodle as a data processor**

We have various documents which form our data processing agreement:

This agreement you can download, sign and return to us for our co-signature.

**Validating our access to your data:** 
You can do this [through the audit trail](https://help.infoodle.com/docs/person-audit-trail){target="_blank"}, checking the 'infoodle support' user.

**2. Your management of data**
You monitor the approval of communication using specific areas in infoodle, entered by yourselves or captured via a form.
