# Organisation View

Infoodle can be set up to present information under People and Households or Organisations. By and large Churches will use it one way and other organisations another.

In **Organisation View** the members of the organisation appear under the 'People in this organisation' tab to the centre right of the profile page, making them more visible. Notes and To Do's are behind this tab and custom fields can be added once enabled . Organisation names can be found using the search facility and will also be listed on a groups page.

To set up infoodle in Organisation View rather than Household View:

1. Select **Administration** on the Navigation bar/menu.
2. Select **Packages and Views**.
3. Select the **Make active** button next to the view you want to enable and a green tick will appear.
