# Pledge Confirmation

If a form includes the **Recurring Payment** element you will have the option of providing the donor with a confirmation message containing the details containing the entered details and calculations based on the recurring period, the start and end dates, and amount.

Once this is set up and the form in use and a user completes the form, the selection of the form **Confirm** button leads to the display of the confirmation page. ![image.png](https://cdn.document360.io/d198920d-a212-4177-85f9-e1abc92e7ab3/Images/Documentation/image-F9Q7D6GO.png)

Either select the **Submit** button to complete and submit the form, or select the **Back** button to display the form where you'll be able to revise the payment amount and recurring payment details.
