# Reporting Volunteer Hours

Once you have entered your volunteer hours in the groups area, see Adding Volunteer Hours, you can generate your volunteer hours report.

1. Go to the reports area.

Under **Special Reports** select Volunteer Hours.

1. Select who is to be included in the report. Select the group or subgroup. If all volunteers are to be included leave this blank.
2. Select the start and end dates.
3. Generate.

To view on screen click **Generate** or choose to download as a .CSV or Excel file.
