# Sending Logins

### How to send out a login

Everyone who needs access to infoodle will need a log in.

If you've not done the steps for [assigning a user a role](/v1/docs/assigning-a-user-a-role), you will need to do that first.

1. Click the: **Send Password Setup Email**

The user will receive an email that contains a link to set their password, and instructions on logging into your CRM.

PASSWORD SETUP LINKS EXPIRE!

The password link in the email ONLY is valid for **24 hours** after it is issued. If not set in time the user will need to go to the login page of your infoodle site then click the **Forgot your password?** link to send a new password setup email.

The **administrator** can also re-send the setup email via the profile settings as per **step 1** on this page.

### How to Send Logins for a Group

If you are giving multiple people access to infoodle, such as a new team, or group, you can **bulk issue logins** to them. Before starting, make sure all these individuals have an **active email address** on their profile(s).

[Video](https://cdn.document360.io/d198920d-a212-4177-85f9-e1abc92e7ab3/Images/Documentation/HowToSendOutGroupLogins.mp4)

1. Go to the page of the **group**
2. Click on **functions** and select **create logins** from the drop down list
3. Select which group members should receive logins (e.g., administrators only, or all members)
4. Select the **role** you want to give them from the ones you have created
5. Click **generate**

We recommend

you only send login emails once you are sure that you're ready for users to access the system

#### What if the user can't find the login email?

- Check their email was set to active on their profile page
- Ask them to check their spam/junk folder
- Ask them to check the spelling of their email address

For information on how to change your username and password see **[Changing my Login Details](/v1/docs/changing-my-login-details)**
