# The 'Birthday' Widget

The **Birthday** widget is available to all infoodle members that have the **Birthday List** included in your **[Role](/v1/docs/permissions)**.

When edited, this widget gives you the option to select how many days in advance to view at a time, and the height of the widget.

          Note:

          

Only the day and month of a person's birthday are displayed unless you have the Has Staff View Permission in your [**Role**](/v1/docs/permissions), in which case it will show the age.
