# Welcome to infoodle!

### Welcome to the infoodle help system
By reading these documents, you can learn how to use infoodle. Let's start with how to use the **Help System**:

**Search:** In the top right there is a **search bar** for you to type in what you are specifically looking for
**Navigation:** On the left, you can see **all** folders and help articles on the navigation tree
**In This Article:** On the right, you can see sections on the same or **similar topic** as the current help document you are on

### How infoodle can help you
At its simplest, infoodle is a database and contact management system with an abundance of added features. infoodle is a tool that can help you to:
* Administer your organisation
* Improve engagement with your community
* Stay in communication with your organisation and community
* Stay informed of how people are involved whether they are a member, donor, supporter, or attendee

Using infoodle means that **everyone has access to the same correct information**. 

infoodle allows you to **store information all in one place** meaning no double entries and reducing time spent doing administration. This includes management of:
* Contacts
* Finance data
* Donor details
* Event management
* Documentation
* And more!

Also, some infoodle help pages also have short videos showing you how to do something. 

### How to use the infoodle help system?
Click the ![Image](https://cdn.document360.io/d198920d-a212-4177-85f9-e1abc92e7ab3/Images/Documentation/image-H05CDD7Q.png){height="25" width=""} icon in the quick access tool bar at the top of your screen to access the help system.
This opens a pop up displaying the following:
* **?** help documents link to the current page you are on
* **Help videos** link to full all training videos
* **Help** opens the help system home page
* **Getting started** see more information about:
    * **Configuration**
    * **Contacts**
    * **Email**
    * **App**
    * **Finance**
    * **Reports**
    * **Forms**
    * **Search help bar**
    * **Recent updates** see what’s new in infoodle

### Infoodle support
If you need any additional help that you can’t find from the Help System or Training Videos, then you can contact our **Support Team**. 

Click on the ![Image](https://cdn.document360.io/d198920d-a212-4177-85f9-e1abc92e7ab3/Images/Documentation/image-48X5USOM.png){height="25" width=""} in the quick access tool bar in the top right-hand corner of the page.
This will open a window that displays:
* **Popular** help pages this month
* **Recent blog posts** to keep up to date with what is going on in infoodle
* **Search bar**
* **Submit a ticket** if you can’t find what you are, then you can submit a ticket to our support team
