Tracking of Vaccinations (COVID)

In some countries, and for some organisations, you may have to track individual's vaccination status. Although we do not recommend medical data like this being stored, and strongly recommend checking your local laws around this sort of information - you are able to do so in infoodle.

Custom Field(s)

Custom Fields (Administration > Custom Fields) are an excellent way of storing this information. You can create a couple different field types depending on the level of detail you require:

• Yes/No: You can use this Field Type if you simply want a field such as "Fully Vaccinated? Yes/No"
• Lookup List: If you want a dropdown list that a user can choose from a few options, this is a good field type for this. Such as "Not Vaccinated", "First Dose Only", & "Fully Vaccinated".

Custom Fields are the recommended approach. It is the more flexible option, and you are able to put fields under a restricted tab if need be.

Group(s)

If you do not wish to use Custom Fields, Groups are another way you can store this information. Rather than a field, you could have a group (or multiple groups if needed) called 'Vaccinated' and put people into that group when they are.
