# Tracking Texts Sent

infoodle can generate a report to find out how many texts have been sent during a certain period.

### Let us show you how:

1. Click **Reports** on the Navigation bar/menu.
2. Under **Special reports**, click **Text usage**.
3. Select the group you would like to track the texting on.
4. Enter the start date and end date.
5. Click **Generate**.

You will now have a list of all those in the group who sent texts, how many they sent and the costs involved.

Easy as!

The costs shown do not include GST. Also, as an alternative, you can generate this report as an Excel spreadsheet.
