# Training Site Charges

- Training sites are an **additional charge** on top of your standard monthly licence fees.
- Charges are billed in arrears, using your saved payment method, at the start of the month following any training‑site usage.
- Each training site is billed at the monthly rate shown on your launch screen.
- Every site incurs a minimum one‑month charge. The same monthly rate applies for all subsequent months.
- **To stop further charges, you must close the site**. From the second month onward, fees are pro‑rated based on the number of days the site remains open.
