The schedule lists every date of a pledge with its status and amount. 1. Open the person's profile. 2. Open the **Finance** tab. Depending on how your profile page is set up, this is a tab on the profile, or an option in the **More profile functions** cog in the top-left of the profile. 3. Click **Pledges**. 4. Find the pledge in the list. 5. Click its **Action** button. 6. Click **Manage Pledge**. The **Edit Pledge** panel opens. 7. Click **Schedule** in the menu on the left. On the schedule: - **Amount:** the amount due for that date, as set on the pledge. For a **Part Paid** date this is still the full amount due, not the amount paid so far. - **Part Paid** and **Paid (matched)** with one payment: click the status to open the payment in a new tab. - **Part Paid** and **Paid (matched)** with more than one payment: each payment is listed under the status with the amount it put on the date. Click an amount to open that payment in a new tab. - **Change date** and **Change amount:** offered on **Planned**, **Date passed** and **Checked - donor manages payment** dates. - **Delete:** removes an unpaid date from the pledge. It shows as **Deleted**, crossed out. A one-off pledge has only one date, so use **Delete Pledge** for it instead. - **Restore:** offered on a **Deleted** date. It brings the date back as an unpaid date.
