# Volunteer Link

This page is designed to be an easy access into your roster information and enable you to communicate with your roster leaders.

**Show past events:** If you have been rostered into events prior to today, then these can be shown here. **Daily visit:** This is the title of the event that you are rostered into. There could be several events for each day. **Welcome Team:** This is the group you are a part of for this roster View: Click this to view the list of other people on the days roster and what they are doing. **Guitar:** This is the activity you are rostered in to. **Comment icon:** Click this to see the message that you have sent to the roster leader. **Declined / Confirmed:** This shows the status you have committed to for this rostered activity. **Swap icon:** If this is present, then you can click this (or the wording confirmed or declined) to change your status for this activity. **Confirmed / Declined:** button - click this to bring up the window to set your status for this activity.

**Red background** - visually shows that you have declined this activity. **Green background** - visually shows that you have confirmed this activity. **White background** - visually shows that you have neither confirmed not declined this activity.

You can place a message in the 'message the organiser' to deliver a message back to the person responsible for this roster by email. Your availability : Click which ever you prefer.

Click Save to save the details.

Once saved - the following message is shown, this means the message has successfully been received by our systems.
