Each infoodle site is independent of any other site. This means that there is no possibility of a site accidently gaining access to your site data, ensuring things are kept securely.
To achieve this we set up each site with their own web address or Sitecode. You are asked for this during the initial setup stages and its usually an abbreivation of your organisations name using the first letters or common parts of the name.
For example:
Organisation name : The Healing Hands Trust
Site code : thht
Web address : https://thht.infoodle.com
Organisation name : Kiwis in UK
Site code : kiwiuk
Web address : https://kiwiuk.infoodle.com
There is a limit of 13 characters for these site codes and they must include only letters or numbers.
When you are allocated a login - you are shown what this site code is on the emails you receive.
Therefore to access your site - use a combination of the side code, then add .infoodle.com
