Corporate email footer

This is where you write your footer or disclaimer that will appear at the base of all emails sent via your infoodle site. To edit, just click in the box and edit, then scroll down and click on Save at the bottom of the page.

System email address

The system email address is the one that infoodle will use to send out administrative emails such as new passwords or logins. It is not used for things like roster reminders or general emails as these are personalised.

System email 'From' name and Default email address

The next two boxes are incase a user does not have an email address set up in their profile but is able to send emails through infoodle. 'Send from' would probably be your organisation name. Normally the default email would be the same as the system email.

Duplicate check request for cluster members

If you have clusters enabled, a user locked in a cluster may need to contact the administrator in order to be able to access a group or need to search the entire database. Type in the email address of the person who will be able to give them access. This person needs access to the whole database and maintain all groups.
