During the conversations infoodle has with xero, there are a number of statuses that can occur. Most of them don't require any interaction from you.

The first thing to check is whether Xero themselves are having issues.

These do require action by you and as such the Xero integration wont work until resolved:

StatusMeaning
Requires authenticationThere are occasions when the security keys between infoodle and Xero get mixed up. Its usually when Xero have stability issues, or are taking sites off line. Simply click the link provided and click 'check & authorise' - follow the prompts - and you should be back online.
Connection ForbiddenThis indicates that the connection with Xero has been disrupted. Casues may be a change of Xero Login Details or two-Factor Authentication, or an outage or other issue on the Xero side. To resolve this you will need to first Disconnect from Xero via the Xero Setup Page, then Reconnect using your Xero Login Details.

These do not require any action because infoodle will retry at the next polling interval, therefore these states should really only last one or two polls (about 6hrs):

StatusMeaning
URL Not foundThere are two reasons for this: a) The connection between infoodle and Xero is disrupted. infoodle is unable to determine where Xero is and so cant connect to it (DNS issues). infoodle will re-try during the next poll, or b) A record imported by infoodle doesnt match with Xero any more. This is rare and should not occur.
Xero not implementedSomething odd happened during the conversation. This has not happened in several years, but it might!
