You can delete one line and leave the rest. 1. On the **Transaction List**, click the row for the line you want to remove. Each line has its own row, and the View Transaction screen opens. 2. Click **Delete**. 3. Read the confirmation. It names the pledge date that line pays, for example: "Are you sure you want to delete this transaction? This action cannot be undone. The pledge date 25 Aug 2026 will reopen for payment." 4. Click **Delete**. Only that line's date changes. If no other payment has money on the date, it reopens for payment. If another payment still has money on it, the date shows as **Part Paid** with that payment's money. The other lines and their pledge dates are not changed. For example, Iris's $40.00 payment put 25.00 on 25 Jul and 15.00 on 25 Aug. Deleting the 15.00 line takes 25 Aug back to **Date passed**. 25 Jul stays **Part Paid**, still linked to the 25.00 line. See [Deleting a Transaction](/v1/docs/deleting-a-transaction) and [Pledges & Recurring Payments](/v1/docs/pledges-and-recurring-payments).
