Deleting a Receipt or Statement Template

  1. Hover over Finance in the menu on the left
  2. Then click on Receipts
  3. Then click on Maintain templates
  4. Click on the Action drop down on the right of which template you want to delete, and click delete
  5. A pop-up will appear in your browser to double check that you do want to delete this template
  6. Click Ok and it will be deleted

These steps are the same for Statement Templates and Receipt Templates.

Deleting a common shared template will delete it for all users including yourself

Use the archive feature instead
