    Adding a Digital file

    Article Summary

    A digital file such as a Pdf or Mp3 file etc can be uploaded and added to a collection in order for others to have access. Let me show you how:

    1. Click Library on the Navigation bar/menu.
    2. Click the catalogue from the library you want to work with, in this example 'Documents'.

    1. From the catalogue page click on the collection you would like to add items to.

    1. Click on the** +Add new item to collection** button.
    2. What type of item are you adding to this collection? Select Digital file that is uploaded to the server e.g. mp3, pdf, doc.

    1. Enter the date it was uploaded or created.
    2. Click the Upload a file button and select the file in the normal manor. You may have the option to drop the file here.
    3. Finally click Save.
