Contact by Letter

If you wish to send letters to your community, then use the Contact by Letter function.
This feature allows you to create content which can then be personalised.

The layout of the letter is setup for your pre-printed letterhead notepaper. Your administrator has access to the settings page which enables you to make some adjustments to the positioning of the content on the page.

infoodle creates a single PDF document for all the contacts selected - so it's possible it could be a large document and take a little while to produce, please be patient. Once a document is created you will be presented with a link to click. Click the link to show the PDF document. From here you can check and print out the pages you require.
