What are custom fields?
Custom fields is one way that allows you to configure infoodle to suit your organisation. They can be used for storing data against people, households, organisations, and groups.
Some examples of how you can use custom fields are:
- What role does a person have? Are they a Member, Donor, Staff, or Volunteer?
- Do you need to record how they contacted your organisation? Was it through your website, a referral, a phone call, or an email?
- Do you want to record a particular date? For example, initial contact, expiry date, membership date, follow up dates, etc.
- Or Diabetes Type, Blood Type, Education Level, and many many more.
Where to edit custom fields?
Custom field options are found in the dropdown menu by clicking on the administration cog icon ![]()
