    Deleting a Workflow

    If a workflow is no longer needed, it's a simple process to delete it!

    Here's how:

    1. Select Administration from the Navigation bar/menu.
    2. Click Workflow.
    3. Click the Edit button next to the Workflow you want to delete.
    4. Scroll down to the bottom of the screen and click the Delete button.
    5. A pop up screen asks you to confirm your request. Click Yes.

    Your workflow is now deleted!

    Note:

    You are also able to make a workflow inactive rather than deleting it so they can be setup ahead of time or suspended when you don't want it operating. You can do this as part of your editing in the Workflow information screen, just untick the box next to 'Active' and Save. Click here for more info about editing a workflow.
