Once you've saved a report template, you can easily update its criteria and settings, or remove templates you no longer use.
Editing a Report Template
- Select Reports from the main menu
- Under Your Reports (on the left sidebar), find the report template you want to edit and click on it

- Make your changes to any of the report criteria
- Select the Generate Results tab

- Review your updated settings and criteria
- Click Update current report to save your changes
The template will now be updated with your new settings. The next time you run this report, it will use the updated criteria.
Deleting a Report Template
- Select Reports from the main menu
- Under Your Reports, find the report template you want to delete

- Click on the template to open it
- Select the Create Criteria tab
- Scroll down and click the Delete Report button

- Confirm the deletion when prompted
The report template will be removed from your Your Reports list. Any reports you've already generated from this template will remain — only the saved template is deleted.
Tips
- You can edit a report at any time without affecting previously generated reports
- Deleted templates cannot be recovered, so make sure you no longer need them before deleting
- If you frequently need to adjust a template, consider keeping a backup version with a slightly different name (e.g., "Q1 Finance Report – Archive")
