Building a Form in infoodle involves dragging and dropping selected fields into the Build Form area. Each field has a number of options you can configure in order to have the form work as you need. Many of these options are common to all field types. For example:

  • Only on approval form - Set to Yes if you only want this field to appear when processing the entries, so the approver can make a selection. For example, add the user to a group based on details submitted. It will not be visible to the person completing the form.
  • Mandatory - set to Yes if this field must be completed.
  • Help message - add a message to give information about the field and what's required from the user. It will appear as a clickable question mark on the form - the message will be displayed when selected.
