Here are all the personalisation tags you can use in receipt templates in infoodle:
Notes
- These tags are case-insensitive (e.g., {Receipt Number} works the same as {receipt number})
- If a field has no data, a blank space will be inserted where the tag appears
- These are in addition to the name, address and custom field fields.
Basic Receipt Information
{receipt number} — Receipt number as generated by the system
{giving number} — Giving number of the person/household/giver
{receipt to name} — Name as calculated by transaction collection
{receipt to fullname} — Full name of receipt recipient
{receipt to address} — Address as calculated by transaction collection
{statement to name} — Name for statements
{statement to fullname} — Full name for statements
Amount & Summary Tags
{Total of tax receipt} — Total amount in currency format
{total in words} — Total amount spelled out in words
{total of statement} — Total for statements
{tax items total} — Sum of tax-deductible items
{nontax items total} — Sum of non-tax-deductible items
{num_tax_items} — Count of tax items
{num_nontax_items} — Count of non-tax items
{num_items} — Total count of all items
Transaction Details
{tax item list} — Tax items, ungrouped
{tax item list grouped} — Tax items grouped by category
{tax item list brief} — Tax items in brief format
{nontax item list} — Non-tax items list
{tax item list reference} — Tax items with references
{gaclaimed item list} — Items where Gift Aid was claimed
{ga not claimed item list} — Items where Gift Aid was not claimed
{campaign list} — List of campaigns
{all items [options]} — Flexible transaction list with customisation options (date, amount, description, code, campaign, etc.). This tag supports several options like width100, width75, width50, altgrey, pad, and custom font[family/size] settings to control the appearance of transaction lists.
Transaction Header Details
{coding} — Description of transaction by type (from first transaction)
{date of transaction} — Date of first transaction
{transaction note} — Note added to the transaction header
{campaign} — Campaign of first transaction

These are details of your organisation. These are setup in the Administration area (click Administration - System - Finance)
