Searching for a Roster

Article summary

To find a specific roster:

  1. Select Rosters in the Navigation menu on the left.
  2. Select My Calendar to see the events that you are rostered into. By default this screen shows only the events and tasks you are rostered in to and dates you are away. Click Show all events (or Hide events) to view (or hide) all of the events. If you are not rostered in to anything then all events are shown.
  3. To search and edit a roster, on the Rosters screen, enter a date that occurs during the roster you are looking for.
  4. Select Search.

You can see rosters that you are involved in i.e. you are in a group that is included in a roster.

Also you can see rosters if you have the Maintain all groups permission in your assigned Role - Groups Permission.
