Forms

We've added the ability to control, or enable those completing forms to select which address they are updating for those of you with alternate addresses e.g. postal or physical addresses. We have also made it possible to add multiple addresses at the same time, this way a physical and postal address can be captured in the same form.

QR Code - you are now able to download a QR code for a form. These can be printed out and placed where you need, e.g. place a code for a donation or registration form where people can register.

It's possible to pre-populate a form with data by passing a crafted link. This often is done via the infoodle email system. We have extended support for the fields that can be used to include dates and lookups. Adding data to a form - advanced usage.

Email

We've added a tool to enable sending of Videos to the Designer email. This will allow you to select a YouTube or Vimeo video. Simply drag the tool to where you want it on the email and paste in the url of the video.

Workflow

WAIT - this is a new workflow step that enables you to tell infoodle to wait a period of time before the next step e.g. wait 2 days. This is really useful when sending out a series of communications - an email cadence - to contacts to keep them informed of your activities.

When using workflows, its useful to be able to see the workflow steps that have been actioned against a particular user. You can now view this activity from a persons' profile page. Click their 'cog' and you will see 'Workflow timeline' if you have the correct permissions - CRM is required, either Staff View or Workflow Administration, and not either of the directory settings in your role.

Finance

We've created a Read only role permission for Finance. This allows access to reports and finances in a persons profile, but no editing or add transactions.

Forms

When including a group selector field on a form, you can now opt to notify the selected group administrators. This is helpful when people are signing up for a group and you only want the admins of the selected group to be notified, not a general admin who then has to forward the information.

Events

Time of events has been expanded to be able to select 5 minute intervals, extending the previous 15 minute slots.

Reports

Person link fields can be used as criteria on reports.

Stripe

The presentation of the Stripe form on an infoodle form has been changed so that it is always in view regardless of how the form is presented to the user.

Audit Trail

a) The Note field is now being included in the output.
b) You have the option to filter on the receipt status. Therefore you can generate a report which lists all those transactions that have been (or not been) receipted.
c) You can opt to group the results by the user. This forces the view to be a few fields and the totals.

Reports

In the Add Criteria list of criteria, there is now an option to filter by Receipt to Alias.

Forms - Physical Signature

When you need a form to be signed by a person - a physical signature written by hand - you can now add a ‘Signature’ field onto a form to capture it.

Email Sent and Scheduled Tab

We’ve added the Sent total as a column on this tab. Also there is a total of these sent shown at the bottom of that page.

Text History

Replies to text messages sent out from infoodle are now being shown in the persons history tab.
Note: replies are supported on infoodle’s gateway, SMSGlobal and Twilio only.

infoodle App

With our latest release (6.0.16 iOS, 6.0.17 Android) we’ve made a few modifications:

• to improve your branding and the display of the app, you are now able to update the background image. Do this through the Home Page menu items within the app configuration of the administration section.
  
  
• For those who see the Age beside the Date of Birth in the web version, the App and API now honour these by including the age.
  
  
• The layout of the Calendar page now correctly shows the full title.

Receipts

You can now select either one or more account codes, or one or more campaigns to filter receipts by. Previously you could only have one.

To use it - just as before, select which type you want to filter on - then click the box to see the drop down. click the box again to select another. click the 'x' to remove.

infoodle App

We’ve released an updated to the Android and Apple version which contains a few minor adjustments and fixes. These improvements are around the directory, caching of the contact records and Notes in particular, to improve performance and access. In addition the flag to indicate a My Vaccine Pass Required event (for NZ customers) is standardised throughout.
