This page is designed to be an easy access into your roster information and enable you to communicate with your roster leaders.
Show past events: If you have been rostered into events prior to today, then these can be shown here.
Daily visit: This is the title of the event that you are rostered into. There could be several events for each day.
Welcome Team: This is the group you are a part of for this roster
View: Click this to view the list of other people on the days roster and what they are doing.
Guitar: This is the activity you are rostered in to.
Comment icon: Click this to see the message that you have sent to the roster leader.
Declined / Confirmed: This shows the status you have committed to for this rostered activity.
Swap icon: If this is present, then you can click this (or the wording confirmed or declined) to change your status for this activity.
Confirmed / Declined: button - click this to bring up the window to set your status for this activity.
Red background - visually shows that you have declined this activity.
Green background - visually shows that you have confirmed this activity.
White background - visually shows that you have neither confirmed not declined this activity.
You can place a message in the 'message the organiser' to deliver a message back to the person responsible for this roster by email.
Your availability : Click which ever you prefer.
Click Save to save the details.
Once saved - the following message is shown, this means the message has successfully been received by our systems.
