Overview
The Site Statistics tool provides an overview of the current activity on your site.
This tool refreshes the count of the contacts you currently have, and also updates the display in the Capacity Indicator.
If you dont use this screen, the counts are updated each night.
Access Site Statistics:
Click Administration on the Navigation bar/menu.
Click on Site Statistics.
The Site Statistics screen pops up with the following information:
- Total Active contacts - this is the number infoodle bases its pricing band on.
- Total Archives - Not counted in pricing band.
- Total contacts entered
- Total number of activated logins given
- Total number not given a login
- Number of logins used over the past month
- Number of emails sent
- Number of texts sent
- Number of documents generated.
Capacity Indicator
The Capacity indicator located at the top right of the screen, is a quick way to get an overview of your total Active Contacts and current Database Capacity.
This data is updated overnight, or when you view the Site Statistics Page.
- Green: Within your current capacity - No Action Required
- Orange: Close to capacity - Consider increasing capacity, or Archiving contacts
- Red: Over your Capacity - You will need to increase Capacity or Archive contacts
Move the mouse Cursor over the indicator to view more detailed information including:
- The Total number of Active Contacts in the Database
- Your current Database Capacity (Pricing Band)
- What Percentage of your Capacity you are currently using
If you are close to, or have gone over your current database capacity, the number of Active Contacts can be reduced by archiving old or no longer needed Contact Records.
Archived Contacts to not count towards your Database Total, but can be accessed if required.
If you are over capacity and unable to reduce your active contacts by archiving, then it's time to increase your database capacity to the next pricing band. For more information relating to pricing bands, see infoodle's Pricing Page.
