How does infoodle help with GDPR?

For our European customers, there is new legislation with regard to data privacy.
There are two aspects to this:

1. infoodle as a data processor

We have various documents which form our data processing agreement:

• Terms & Conditions
• Privacy Policy
• Data Processing Agreement

This agreement you can download, sign and return to us for our co-signature.

Validating our access to your data:
You can do this through the audit trail, checking the 'infoodle support' user.

2. Your management of data
You monitor the approval of communication using specific areas in infoodle, entered by yourselves or captured via a form.
