The Person Audit Trail gives you a full history of activity on any contact's profile — who changed their data, who viewed their profile, and their login history.
How to open the Audit Trail
- Go to the contact's profile page.
- Click the Settings Cog next to the person's name.
- Select Audit Trail.
The Audit Trail opens with three tabs.

Audit Trail
This tab shows every change made to the contact's data, listed most recent first. Each row shows:
- Date/time: When the change was made
- Changed By: Which user made the change
- Action: Add, Update, or Delete
- Old value: What the field was before the change
- New value: What the field is after the change
The audit trail tracks changes to personal fields, custom fields, household details, Info Types, and relationships.
The Password field shows only as "Password (hidden)" — the actual password is never displayed. Field permissions apply — if your role restricts access to certain custom fields, they're hidden from the audit trail too.
You can filter the list using the "Filter fields" dropdown to show changes to specific fields.
Viewed by
This sub-tab shows who has viewed this contact's profile and when (up to 100 most recent views). Useful for privacy and security audits.
Login Activity
This sub-tab shows the login history for this contact if they have a login in infoodle (up to 100 most recent successful logins). Each row shows the date, time, IP address, and login name used.
Only successful logins are shown.
