    This is a Special Report that will list anyone who has their settings, or any part of their settings, set as private.

    To generate a Private Data Report:

    1. Select Reports on the Navigation Menu.
    2. From the Reports screen click on Private Data under Special Reports.
    3. Choose whether you want to generate your report on the screen, as an excel spreadsheet or .CSV file by clicking the appropriate button.
    Note

    It is only available to those who do not have a directory only view permission in their role, and they are able to see archived people.
