Group Custom Fields

The fields available in Groups, such as Function and Team skills are generally all you need. However infoodle makes it easy to customise Groups fields to suit your organisation!

Follow the steps below to add your own Custom Fields:

  1. Click Administration on the Navigation bar/menu.
  2. Click Custom Fields.
  3. Click the Add Field button.
  4. Type in the Field Name.
  5. Under Area choose Groups.
  6. Under Section choose Group Membership.
  7. Choose your Type of field e.g. Yes/No, Lookup etc. (Click here for more information on Field types)
  8. Choose Yes or No in This field is mandatory.
  9. Finally click the Save button.

You have just added a Group Custom Field!
