Adding items to your library collection

Infoodle enables you to add a list of items to a collection. These could be anything from bar and QR codes to photos, books and toys as well as digital files such as Mp3 files and Pdf documents, meeting notes and web links. Here's how:

1. Click Library on the Navigation bar/menu.
2. Click the catalogue from the library you want to work with.
3. From the catalogue page click on the collection you would like to add items to e.g. ride on toys, books or funeral music.
4. Click on the +Add new item to collection button.
5. Enter the type of item you are adding to this collection. Choose from Digital file, Physical item, Notes from a meeting or Weblink.
6. Enter all required information in the pop up form. (Information required will vary depending on what type of item you are adding).
7. Finally click Save.
