Infoodle can generate a report which shows you how many volunteer hours have been recorded against an individual.
To create a Volunteer Hours Report relating to an individual:
- Search for the person in your infoodle database.
- Once on their profile page, click on the Groups tab.
- Click on Volunteer hours report.
- Enter the dates for the period you want to report on by selecting from the dropdown menus.
- Choose your report format i.e. Excel spreadsheet or .CSV file.
- Click Generate. Your report will look something like this:
Note
You can also generate a Volunteer Hours report for a group. This data will show the total number of hours worked within a group on specific tasks, rather than data relating to an individual. For more information see Reporting Volunteer Hours.
