About Finance

The Finance Package is an infoodle add-on that provides all the functions suitable for your organisation to coordinate and perform certain financial activities.

Use it to:

  • issue tax receipts
  • process and reconcile transactions in bulk
  • track pledges and donations
  • generate giving statements
  • manage campaigns
  • record gift aid claims
  • connect with accounting software like Xero.

The Finance Package helps you maintain accurate financial records, demonstrate accountability to donors, and streamline your accounting workflows.

Access to Finance features is controlled by user roles. Only those people who have been given permission in their role will have access to it, and how much of the financial area you are able to use may vary depending on your assigned role. See Finance Permissions to learn more about setting up Finance access for your team.
