Giving Number Settings

Giving Numbers can optionally now have a prefix, a suffix and/or a fixed length as well as be autocreated if preferred. Lets see how easy it is to setup Giving Numbers:

1. Click Administration on the Navigation menu on the left hand side.
2. Click System and then Giving Numbers.

3. There are a number of options that you can set in the Giving numbers screen by ticking the relevant boxes.
4. To set the prefix or suffix, tick the first box entitled When adding new contacts, automatically add the next giving number in order for the prefix and / the suffix options to be available.

5. When adding a prefix or a suffix, note that the number is still the unique part - i.e. you can only have that number once in the system. Also, the prefix and suffix can only be letters a to z (or A to Z), no spaces, numbers or none-letters.
6. Click Save.

All setup ready to be used.
