There are a selection of permissions that do not fall under one particular category. These are available on all sites regardless of the subscribed infoodle packages.
These are permissions are associated with: Reports, Forms and Workflows.
Reports
Run reports
For a user to have access to any of the reporting area of infoodle,
their role needs to be include this permission:

Forms
To see the Forms menu item and to create or edit individual forms, or to process form entry submissions, Forms permissions need to be included in the user's role.

For a user to to be able to create or edit forms or process form entries they need to have this permission, plus one of the other form permissions below:

What this provides
The ability to create new forms or edit existing forms the user has access to, process form entries they have permission for, and to publish links to the form for use in emails or to publish on webpages.

The user can also give permission to a another person or group, to process form entries once these have been completed and submitted. This is set on the form Approval settings page.

What this provides
- The ability to edit any form regardless of the form Limit to group setting
- View all forms (though this is subject to cluster restrictions)
Limitations
- This is still subject to cluster limitations if the user is cluster member
- Does not grant processing permissions. This is controlled by the settings on the form Approval page under the heading Who can process the completed forms?.
Process responses of forms given permission to
This permission gives the user restricted access to the Forms menu item and to access the forms that they have permission to process.
This is controlled on the form Approval page where the user has been specified in the Person field or are a member of the selected Group.

Limitations
- This is still subject to cluster limitations if user is cluster member
- Does not grant form editing permissions
Workflow
A workflow provides the ability to automate many of your processes. For example:
- a new contact is added to infoodle,
- the workflow adds the contact to the "New contacts" group,
- then send a welcome email.
